		<description>Hello fellow Potato-niks!

So pleased to discover your website and to find my very own column and love of the tasty little tubers included!

Am off on Thursday to Peru for the official UN Year of the Potato conference and international recipe competition. I shall be on the jury and am so excited. I noted that there are 2,300 different types of local potatoes, at least, and I aim to try each and every one!

Your sister-in-spuds,
