Brittany is new to the wonderful world (and underground) of potatoes. She works at Fleishman–Hillard, an international public relations firm, and is a member of the consumer marketing and food/agriculture practice teams.
Mohr recently graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, where her communication studies left very little time for culinary escapades. One of her fondest potato memories, however, is coming home for the weekend to twice-baked potatoes at any family meal.
Mohr hopes to expand her foodie horizons now that she has entered the “real world,” and what better way to start than with the United States Potato Board’s (USPB) new convenience recipes? “A microwave? Even I can handle that!”
